PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment Terms & Conditions
EZ PROFESSIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides professional training programs, online courses, workshops, and related educational services. By enrolling in any of our programs or making any payment on our website https://www.ezengineers.in/, you agree to the following terms:
- Payment Methods
We accept the following payment modes through our payment partner PayU:
- Credit Cards / Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- UPI
- Wallets
- EMI / Recurring Payments (where applicable)
- PayU Subscription Links (Auto-Debit)
- Recurring / EMI Payments
If you choose an EMI plan or recurring mandate:
- You authorize PayU to auto-debit the agreed EMI amount every month.
- EMI amount and monthly schedule will be shown to you before you complete payment.
- Failed payment attempts will be automatically retried by PayU as per bank rules.
- You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance.
- If 2 consecutive EMIs fail, access to the program may be temporarily paused until dues are cleared.
- Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is completed:
- You will receive an automated email/SMS receipt.
- Your seat in the workshop/program will be confirmed only after successful payment.
- Invoice
- Invoice will be issued to the name you provide during registration.
- Late Payments
For EMI plan students:
- Late payments may cause temporary suspension of access.
- Institute may charge an administrative fee for repeated failures.
- Chargebacks / Disputes
If a chargeback is raised:
- Access to course/workshop will be suspended until resolved.
- False chargebacks may lead to cancellation without refund.

REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
At EZ PROFESSIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE, we strive to provide the best training experience. However, since our programs involve advance planning, limited seats, and significant resource allocation, our refund terms are as follows:
- Classroom/Offline Workshops
- 100% refund if cancellation is requested 4 hours before the workshop start time.
- No refund if cancellation is requested within 4 hours of start of the program.
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- Online Courses / Live Online Sessions
- Refund only if requested within 48 hours of payment AND before attending any live session.
- After attending any session or accessing course materials, no refund will be provided.
- EMI / Recurring Payments
For EMI-paying students:
- Refund applies only to the amount already paid.
- Future EMIs will be cancelled for upcoming months.
- Past EMIs already processed cannot be refunded.
- Non-Attendance
If the student does not attend a workshop or class:
- No refund will be issued for absenteeism.
- Duplicate or Failed Payments
In case of:
- Duplicate payment
- Failed payment with deduction
A refund will be issued after verification.
- Special Offers / Discounted Fees
Fees paid under special offers, coupons, early-bird discounts are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy
- Institute-Powered Cancellations
If EZ PROFESSIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE cancels or reschedules any program:
- Participants can choose a full refund OR
- Attend the next batch without extra charges.
- Student-Initiated Cancellation
- Students must inform cancellation by email to: [email protected]
- Cancellation is valid only after receiving written acknowledgement.
- EMI Cancellation
- EMI mandate can be cancelled anytime by contacting us or the issuing bank.
- Already-paid EMIs cannot be refunded.
- Access will be stopped once EMI plan is cancelled.

EZ PROFESSIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information.
- Data We Collect
We collect:
- Name, mobile number, email, address
- Educational information
- Payment details (via PayU — we do NOT store card/UPI details)
- Attendance, performance, and course usage details
- How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Process your registration and payments
- Provide training services
- Issue certificates
- Send course-related updates
- Improve our teaching and content
- Payment Information Security
- Payments are processed securely through PayU Payments Pvt. Ltd., a PCI-DSS compliant gateway.
- We do not store or view your card details, CVV, or UPI PIN.
PayU uses tokenization for security.
- Sharing of Information
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Your information is shared only with:
- PayU (payment processing)
- Our internal staff (for training purposes)
- Legal authorities when required
- Data Retention
We retain necessary academic and financial records as required by law.
- Communication Consent
By enrolling, you agree to receive:
- Email/SMS updates
- Payment reminders
- Training-related notifications
You may unsubscribe anytime.

EZ PROFESSIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information.
By enrolling in any course or making a payment, you agree that:
- You will provide correct personal details.
- You will attend sessions regularly.
- Training content is for personal learning use only and cannot be shared.
- The Institute reserves the right to deny admission for misconduct.
- Fees structure may change for future batches.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Shipping & Delivery Policy:
We do not ship any physical products. All our services are training and education
related. Access and joining details are delivered digitally via email/WhatsApp.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAINING
TERMS OF SERVICE
By registering for our workshop you agree to these simple Terms & Conditions:
- Your spot is confirmed only when we’ve received full payment and you’ve gotten a confirmation email from EZ Engineers.
- The fee covers the workshop itself; travel, hotel and meals are on your own unless explicitly stated.
- To cancel, please email us. If you cancel 12 days or more before the start date, we’ll refund the fee in full. Cancellations less than 12 days ahead or no-shows cannot be refunded.
- If you can’t attend, you may send a colleague in your place — just let us know at least 3 days beforehand.
- If we have to cancel or reschedule the workshop (for example due to unforeseen events), you will either receive a full refund or be offered a place in another session at no extra cost.
- You’ll receive a Certificate of Attendance if you attend at least 75% of the workshop. This certificate is issued by EZ Engineers and reflects professional learning hours, but is not part of a university programme.
- By registering, you confirm you’ve read and accepted these conditions. EZ Engineers reserves the right to update them if needed. Disputes will be handled under the laws of India (Vadodara jurisdiction).
